With 5+ bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and 6,000 square feet of living space, the Villa can accommodate comfortably up to 10 guests. It was remodeled in 2001 and luxuriously decorated. Situated on a large lot (30,000 square feet), the Villa separates 2 large yards. The front yard is entirely walled and offers total privacy around the large heated swimming pool and outdoor spa. The back yard borders the beach and offers a panoramic view of Kailua Bay. The gathering rooms are very open and offer great views of the pool, gardens and ocean throughout. The Living Room, Family Room and Dining Room all face the ocean. The Living Room is a visual delight and an invitation to gather with your family and friends. You will be drawn by its Chinese opium bed, to nap, read a book or meditate while watching the ocean and listening to its music. The main Kitchen is very large and inviting. Large sliding doors open up completely onto the pool, bringing the outside in. You will love the open feeling and the ability to supervise the kids in the pool while chatting, cooking or grilling your own fresh fish on the BBQ. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large oven, a microwave-oven, a large sub zero refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher and all the kitchenware you may need. Other amenities of the Villa Luana include a pool table, 4 TVs with cable and HBO, a stereo system with 100 CD changer and pool side speakers, 2 phones lines, a fax machine, 3 washers, 3 dryers, exterior furniture with 3 tables, beach chairs and lounge chaises, as well as pool toys and boogie boards.
